The yellowhammer!
This brings the total number of uk native birds I have done to 80!
I have been busy with a lot of lovely commissions recently so hopefully il be sharing those with you all soon.

The sun is shining and a fresh card delivery has landed! Buying cards is a great way of supporting smaller artists and makers like myself and you also get to share your favourites with others!

My Bird Notebooks aren’t just for recording your bird sightings! On our boat I have a few doted around filled with all kinds of lists, ideas and how to make Smokey aubergine and tomato orzo! Check out my website to find all the designs.

I believe this is the newest edition to the flock that I can share!
Say hello to the Pied Flycatcher a sweet and special little bird. Also one that I originally drew a long time ago but the drawing was so rubbish it didn’t ever see the light of day. So this is a redemption bird!

This is now framed and is available. I have a few originals that I will be listing on my website soon but do message if there’s anything you fancy!

All the originals from this year! 19 in total, it would have been twenty but I didn’t finish a branch in time so that will be the start of next years roundup.

Nice to look back over these, and think of all the joy they bought me. It’s been a lovely year and I appriciate all of you and your continued support, it was also great to meet those of you who saw me at markets this year.

On a personal note it’s been a bit of a tough year for me my mental health and life have not been too great. So my birds have been so important to me. I’m going into the new year with lots of hope and plans to have a fantastic year and I look forward to chatting birds with you all.
