Really trying very hard to sort my workroom out and complete some projects. My aim is to sort one bag, box or shelf a day. This was the first box I looked in. It contains the left over yarn from Moody Blue throw. I was very tempted just to put the box back when I saw the tangled mess but instead sorted out my yarn winder and started winding this mess into beautiful cakes of yarn!

Week Three of Easter Egg CAL almost completed I just need to sew in the ends and attach the eggs but having to wait as blocking the centre panel. So bit of a delay starting Week Four whilst I wait for panel to dry but plenty of other projects to be carrying on with!

Well it is only Monday and I have completed Week Two of Easter Egg Crochet Along apart from sewing in the ends which I will do Tuesday morning at Crafty Chat. I now have no excuse not to make an attempt at sorting my workroom. I am really trying to put projects that I am working on together as they seem to have become separated and, of course, trying to remember what I had planned to do with the mystery yarn that seems to be lurking but was obviously meant for a project!

Well I promised myself that this year I would not purchase any kits as I already have several waiting to be completed ( or started!) However, I may have purchased the Easter Egg Crochet Along. My excuse to myself was that if I kept to schedule and completed each week as it was released that it would not really interfere with my pattern writing! Well I seem to have failed in the first week as you can see from the photo!
Never mind, perhaps I will catch up by next Wednesday.

Actually managed to complete and gift the Santa’s Workshop CAL . Just added the name of the person going on the Nice list. Had a slight setback when I noticed the c in nice was disappearing as I had snipped the wrong thread when sewing in ends! Soon fixed!

So I actually did manage to complete the Christmas Advent Calendar in time for the 1st December! My granddaughter is refusing to hang the ornaments on the tree and keeping them to play with. Strangely enough the pear has proved the most popular so far and she even insisted on taking it to bed!
