A little local bargain for someone looking for a new dining table…
We made this table here in our Bromyard workshop especially to display at an open day, and now that the event has finished, we’d really rather see it become the heart of someone’s home than have it sitting in our workshop.
So we’re offering this table at a reduced price of £1,863 (a saving of £300)
It is handmade from oak, it measures 184cm x 98cm and is ready now – so unlike our usual tables, which are made to order, there’s no waiting for us to make it.
The table is made from British grown oak, and comes with a certificate showing where the tree grew.
Because this one was made as our display table, there is only one available at this price.

We are thrilled to be part of Grown in Britain!

It was great to meet Lara and Matt from Nuthatch Creations, some of the latest holders of Grown in Britain Chain of Custody certification, at last week’s Whitney Sawmills Open Day.

Showcasing their handcrafted furniture at the event, they spoke about their passion for restoring British woodlands and helping people connect with the trees that become the products they use every day.

Based in Herefordshire, Nuthatch Creations creates handcrafted furniture with a strong focus on provenance, craftsmanship and British timber.

It’s a fantastic example of how Chain of Custody certification helps businesses demonstrate the provenance of the timber they use, while strengthening the link between sustainably managed British woodlands and the products made from them.

We’re so proud to share this milestone for Nuthatch Creations.
Grown in Britain is an independent not-for-profit organisation that promotes and certifies the use of legally and sustainably grown UK timber, supporting British woodlands, local supply chains and responsible forest management.
