We strive to make our workspace inclusive to all by offering a variety of workshops to suit all needs and abilities.

This is perfect for those of you who have seen our name and wondered what we can offer, maybe you have wanted to try glass fusing but have been a bit nervous about it, or even thought about booking an event but want to have a try first.

✨🔹 Ever wondered where all those little glass beads come from? 🔹✨

Here's a behind-the-scenes look at one of the most time-consuming, but important, parts of what we do at Teylu Glass.

Rather than letting workshop off-cuts go to waste, we carefully hand-cut leftover glass into hundreds of tiny squares and unique shapes. These little pieces become the colourful beads that add texture, detail and character to so many of your creations.

You'll spot them throughout the work created – from pebbles on beach scenes and flower centres to decorative details in suncatchers and seasonal pieces.

They are also a key feature in many of our Christmas decorations and are used extensively in our popular no-cutting workshops.

It's a slow process, but we love finding ways to reduce waste and transform every usable piece of glass into something beautiful.

Next time you see one of the finished creations, take a closer look—you might just spot some of these tiny hand-cut treasures hidden within the design. 💙

🎉✨ May in Review at Teylu Glass! ✨🎉

Throughout May we've welcomed lots of wonderful people through our doors, helping them create everything from coastal scenes and ocean waves to butterflies and bees. Every piece has been completely unique and it's always amazing to see what can be achieved in just a couple of hours.

This month also saw us take our creativity on the road with a mobile workshop, bringing the fun of glass fusing to a you, we alsp had the lovely cancer support group in and we were delighted to host our first charity taster session. The response was so positive that we'll definitely be running more taster sessions in the future, so keep an eye on our page for updates.

We had a lovely little open afternoon at the weekend in aid of animal free research bude.

It was great to have some new faces through the door wanting to learn about fused glass and give it a little try.

We are aiming to do more little taster session like this in the future, where you can come and see what were all about, the process involved with fusing glass and the different creations you can make on our workshops. You can have a little taster at glass fusing with our pre cut bits and peices and a little go at cutting glass.
