They just can't help it can they, Premier League referees always have to be front and centre. Chris Kavanaugh single-handedly torpedoed an electric encounter at Anfield after sending Gravenberch off for an incredibly harsh second yellow card, just moments after ignoring Guehi's blatant holding of Koumas. It would have been his second, if Kavanaugh had the awareness to book the defender for handling the ball in the opening minutes.
Shame on you Kavanaugh!
