The team at Opus Leisure - Audio, Lighting & AV Systems are into the second week on site for one of our recent installations.

LED effect lighting, LED strip lighting and audio are being installed into two new studios.

The first studio will house a large interactive gym projection system with audio and lighting, and the second studio will house lighting and audio for dance and spin lessons.

We can't wait to see the rooms when the projects are finished 🤩

Thursdays are for throwbacks... 2021

Back in 2021, and just in time for the cricket season, the team at Opus Leisure - Audio, Lighting & AV Systems installed a new outdoor PA zone to the existing PA system which we installed at Todmorden Cricket Club.

The outdoor system comprises of an additional amplifier, 4 x outdoor Music horn speakers (to give a balanced sound to the front and the side of the Pavilion) and the installation of a microphone socket and Bluetooth Wall Plate in the Club house. The system is ideal for playing music at 20/20 matches, making PA announcements at all matches and is ideal for their other events such as bonfire night and the annual Easter egg hunt.

Last year the team at Opus Leisure - Audio, Lighting & AV Systems carried out the installation of a new PA system in dance studio 1 at the new Basically Cheer CIC hub in Burnley.

Basically Cheer is a not for profit Health & Wellbeing hub that offers a range of enriching activities for the community. They have a range of weekly classes including dance & fitness and promote spreading happiness in their community 😍

The installation included equipment from our suppliers from AVSL Group Ltd , Leisuretec Distribution Ltd and Crown Audio.

This is starting to be a bit of a regular thing...

Another early start this morning, the last few weeks have been absolutely bonkers with site visits and installation work.

Our installation work has recently taken us to Colne, Ramsbottom, Rawtenstall, Oswaldtwistle, Burnley and Todmorden.

I'm back on the road again to carry out another site visit and today I'm travelling to the home town of an England cricket legend, Freddie Flintoff, that's right, I'm off to Preston 😊

Thursdays are for throw backs 2025…

At the start of April 2025, the team at Opus Pro Audio carried out the installation of a full acoustic panel configuration within “Woody’s” sports hall at Woodhey High School in Ramsbottom.

The installation included 184 1200mm x 1200mm acoustic panels at the working height of over 10m (Not for anyone who doesn't like heights) 🥴

Last year the team at Opus Pro Audio carried out installation work at ‘Thrive’ Gym in Rawtenstall.

The installation involved a new AV projector and PA upgrading, as well as input plates and all links required.

With advice from some of our suppliers at Projectorpoint.co.uk , AVSL Group Ltd and Harry B Litherland the system looked and sounded amazing after the installation 🤩
