A utility room to dream of.

The Lawrenson door in Monument Grey and Marine sits beautifully alongside the original Staffordshire blue paviour flooring, bringing together timeless craftsmanship and understated elegance.

At the heart of the room, a generous central island offers discreet, practical storage for shoes and boots with ample space for even the most extensive collection of wellies. A beautifully considered oak worktop provides a versatile surface for everything from laundry preparation to summer entertaining, when the Aga in the main kitchen is taking its seasonal rest.

A space where thoughtful design meets everyday functionality, proving that even the most hardworking rooms can be effortlessly elegant.
