Those of you who regularly come to the shop will know Pearl, she has been helping out in the shop for several years now. Sadly for us she is now moving further away so will not be able to come over to the shop regularly. I would just like to say a huge thank you for all the help, support and friendship, not to mention the dusting, over the last few years. You will be missed by us all.
Pearl will be keeping her very popular jewellery cabinet in the shop, so I know we will definitely be meeting up from time to time.
We wish you all the luck for the future and we hope you’re very happy in your new home.

Those of you who know me are probably aware of how much I love Smoking Monkey Antiques. However, after many sleepless nights I have made the decision to reduce the opening times and as from the week beginning Monday 21st July we will not be opening on Wednesdays.
Sometimes you just have to be sensible and put health, family and friends first….and the new opening times should give a better balanced life…Occasionally you have to remind yourself that you are actually not Super Woman!
If there is something in the shop you would like and are unable to get here on these days, just get in touch and I’m sure we can sort something out.
