🔥 Today, Clean Sweep had the pleasure of visiting a valued customer for their annual chimney sweep! During our inspection of their multifuel burner, we discovered a cracked and perished back fire brick that needed replacing. Thankfully, the other firebricks were in great shape and didn't require replacement. After the thorough chimney sweep, we conducted a smoke test and leak inspection – everything was in perfect working order! Another job completed with utmost satisfaction by Clean Sweep. 🔥

🔥✨ We recently completed a total refit of a multifuel burner for a customer who had previously had the job done several years ago, but the installation of her new mutifuel burner was not done correctly, leaving her unable to even use the new fire she had invested in. After being recommended to inspect and correct the previous installation, we discovered faulty chimney issues leaking into the customer's bedroom. Our diagnosis led us to recommend a complete refit with a new flue liner, chimney pot, and cowl to resolve all issues.
