Good morning. Storm Austen has been strutting It's stuff down here. It didn't keep me awake though ! It's just starting to get light here and the first indications are we are ok 🤞. We haven't lost our power although many places close by have. Reports are that the wind strength did reach 100mph down here in at least one place.

So let's brighten a stormy autumn day with a recently requested resin "roses turtle"

This is recent satellite imaging of Storm Austen which is heading our way this evening / overnight and we have an amber warning in place down here in Cornwall. . A number of businesses are closing early and not reopening till later tomorrow. It's certainly going to be a night for staying in and snuggled up.

Robins are always popular but even more so at this time of year and I have a new napkin design which is making it's first appearance on this decoupaged vase which can be found at , Torpoint

Sunday 1st November - St Piran's Hall, Goldsithney

Sunday 8th November - The Great Cornish Market, Royal Cornwall Showground

Saturday 21st November - Camborne Centenary Wesleyan Church ( yes I've got one 5 minutes down the road !)

Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th November - Warnes Garden Centre ( last year I took a hut outside - I'm indoors this year !)

Saturday 5th December - St John's Hall, Penzance

Sunday 6th December - with Bon Appetit at Chacewater Bowling Club ,( after the fun we had under large gazebos last year in attrocious weather we're going indoors this year !)

Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th December - Redruth Community Centre

I've added a few new cards to my stock at .

These are decoupaged with napkin designs. The inside remains blank so you can write your own message.

I do tend to make only one of each design. I've got so many napkin designs I could probably make a fair few multi packs without repeating a design !

The first new festive bottle light of 2026 and it's a customer request.

The napkin is a new one which was spotted when I shared a photo of new napkins and we were waiting for the right item to put it on. That didn't take long - it's on the gin bottle I also showed you recently and it's a perfect fit !

If you like this design I have another bottle light coming soon which is a standard size w**e bottle.

I will be covering the afternoon shift at today. I'll be there from 13.30 till 17.00.

My crochet hats, scarves and gloves are back on the shelves including this new pair of fingerless gloves / wrist warmers.

These ones match the neck warmer I showed you a few days ago. They are 100% acrylic and measure 19cm around the wrist and 19cm in length

All of my gloves / wrist warmers are priced at a flat rate of £10.00 per pair

The mood has changed and the designs are now reflecting the time of the year.

This vase is a one-off and I found it in a local charity shop. I've decoupaged it with an autumnal squirrel napin design.

I dropped this off in Truro on Saturday with Chris from and it will be available at his shop in Torpoint

This is my main Christmas ready to go album. All items have been checked off and photos updated. A couple of photos still need to be moved around but FB isn't letting me do that at the moment so I'll put this right when it decides to play ball.

Here is the updated "baubles" album. New ones with vinyl quotes may be available once I get the new cutting machine up and running ( yes it's still in the box !). There will be new "flat" baubles with decoupaged / dtf designs and resin top coats. There may also be some new coloured resin coated round baubles as these were popular last year - watch this space !
