Following being featured in the RSPB magazine, we have been extremely busy. We received enquiries from Europe, Scandinavia and North America. We are a family business, just Andrew and I. Each overseas enquiry has now been answered personally, transport and duty varies in each territory. Thanks to everyone who enquired and apologies for the delay.

🐦 Exploring the Finches Friend Window Feeder🪟

Traditional designs can allow birds to walk through the food and leave droppings behind, potentially spreading disease. That’s why we designed the Finches Friend Window Feeder differently - with bird health and food protection at the heart of our design.

The easy-clean cartridge features a simple release mechanism, making cleaning quick and easy. We even include a spare cartridge, so you can swap, clean and refit with minimal fuss.

Our spring attachment lets you add a fat ball to attract even more feathered visitors.

Vinyls are also included in our pack to help make windows more visible to birds. While they can help, they aren’t a guaranteed solution to window strikes.

Give your garden birds a safer way to feed with Finches Friend - designed specifically with their wellbeing in mind.

Meet the Cleaner Nest Box - demonstrated by our founder, Dick Woods.

Most people know that nest boxes should be cleaned out annually. But with traditional boxes, it can be quite difficult.

That’s why we designed the Cleaner Nest Box to make the process simple. No need to remove the box from the wall. Just release the two small, finger-spun nuts underneath, and the based drops out. Simple.

But why clean a nest box at all?

We provide convenient nesting sites that birds return to year after year. Over time, old nesting material can harbour parasites that survive the winter, ready to affect the next generation of garden birds.

Our solution provides a simpler way to clean and a more considered approach to nest box design.

Did you know your bird feeder could actually be helping spread disease?

In Part One of our new series, our founder Dick Woods takes a closer look at why traditional bird feeders can create a breeding ground for parasites and disease - largely because of their design.

In this video, we are shining the spotlight on our Cleaner Window Feeder.

Our unique “Food, Feet & Faeces” separation helps prevent birds from walking through contaminated food, while clever features make keeping your feeder clean and hygienic easier:

- Removable feed station for easy cleaning
- Two feed stations, so you always have a clean one ready to go
- Water drainage cover to keep food clean, dry and safe
- Additional hanging points for millet, peanuts, fat balls & more
- WindowAlert™ stickers included to help protect birds from window strikes
- Coloured trims to improve visibility
- Durable, recyclable, UV-stabilised polycarbonate designed to last

Small design details can make a big difference to the health and safety of our garden birds.

Watch Part One to hear Dick explain the problem - and stay tuned for Part Two, where we'll take a closer look at the solution and share more about our products.
