These shutters was for a friend who lives at the top of a sloped road.
their eye line to the road was at a down angle. This is why we went with a 50/50 split tilt. As you can see from the pictures even with the bottom half closed there is still a huge amout of natural light getting into the room, we love finding solutions for our customs

The perfect combination – a Venetian blind with a blackout roller blind behind.
The existing white Venetian was letting in too much light, so the customer wanted a blackout solution. We moved the Venetian forward and installed a blackout roller blind behind it, giving the best of both worlds: excellent light control, complete privacy, and soft daylight when needed.
