This has got to be my biggest cake yet, weighing in at a whopping 4.8KG!!!

Everything about this cake is biscoff - the four 8 inch sponges, the buttercream, the drip & the biscuits (crushed & whole of course😅)

I hope everyone at the party tomorrow is ready for some cake!

Today's bake 😍 absolutely love how this one came together 👌🏼

3 layers of chocolate sponge sandwiched with chocolate buttercream & a chocolate crumb coat. Vanilla buttercream to decorate, a white chocolate drip topped off with handmade chocolate leaves & hibiscus flowers for a gorgeous Stitch obsessed girl 💕

I had the most fun making this floral rainbow cake for our beautiful girls' 1st birthday party!

5 tiers of sponge filled with raspberry jam and buttercream - absolutely gutted I didn't take a photo once I'd sliced this!

Flowers and rainbows were handmade by myself with fondant and were secured to the cake with buttercream.
