A few little takeaways from my first Decorex.
As an online interior design student it was such a lovely opportunity to step away from coursework, do something for me and experience a snippet of the industry in person.
From beautiful lighting and textures to seeing furniture, materials and finishes up close there was so much to take inspiration from!
I also got to meet some lovely people from Sophie Paterson’s Moodboard community and pushed myself out of my comfort zone - it’s a good job I did as it really made my experience that bit more enjoyable!
Still very much learning and finding my feet in the industry but days like this make me even more excited about what’s ahead.
