We’ve been getting into the October spirit at our Chelmsford showroom 🍂🍁

A few pumpkins, some autumn styling and just a hint of Halloween.

Anyone else love this time of year?

From an empty opening to this 🔥

We opened up the existing fireplace, concealed the gas point and created a completely new setup with a Burley Appliances Ltd flueless gas stove, herringbone brick chamber, slate hearth and wooden beam.

Swipe through to see the different stages and how it all came together ➡️

Our team worked hard to get everything finished in time for the customers moving in on Monday, and we’re so pleased with how it’s come together.

Now it’s over to the decorators to finish off the painting and skirting!

The Solus VS range just got even better… 🔥

Introducing the new VS+ range, bringing some clever new upgrades to an already popular electric fire.

The one we think you’ll notice first? The new illuminated log set. The logs themselves now glow, adding even more depth, warmth and realism to the flame effect.

But the + brings more than just glowing logs…

✨ Ultra-realistic illuminated log set
🔥 Enhanced flame colour options
📱 Smart controls
🗣️ Alexa & Google Assistant compatibility
⏱️ New hourly timer mode

All while keeping the sleek, modern look that makes the Solus VS range such a popular choice for media walls and feature fireplaces.

It’s a small + with some pretty impressive upgrades.

Come and see the new Solus VS+ range for yourself.

The days might still be warm, but the mornings are definitely starting to feel a little different… 🍂

There’s a chill in the air first thing and the evenings are starting to cool down, which means we’ve found ourselves lighting the showroom stoves again 🔥

We’re not quite ready to say goodbye to the sunshine just yet, but cosy season is definitely creeping in.

If a new stove is on your list this autumn, now is a great time to start looking and get your installation booked in ready for when the colder weather really arrives.

A new look for the Chesneys Solstice ✨

Introducing Sahara Sand, a brand new colourway available exclusively on the Solstice.

Chesneys have also introduced their signature brass furnishings to the Solstice, giving you the choice of classic silver or the warmer brass finish.

Shown here:
• Solstice Log Store in Sahara Sand with brass furnishings
• Solstice Pedestal in Sahara Sand with silver furnishings

Meeting the latest standards and offering some of the lowest emissions levels available, they’re a great choice for a cleaner, more efficient burn.

Both are special order, with an estimated lead time of around 10–12 weeks, so if you’d love one installed in time for Christmas, now is the time to start thinking about it.

Pop into one of our showrooms or get in touch to find out more.

A recent installation featuring a woodburning stove with an insulated flue system, finished with a stunning Cosentino Laurent back panel.

The bold veining of the Laurent creates the perfect backdrop for the stove, turning a practical installation into a real feature of the room.

No chimney? An insulated flue system means a wood burning stove could still be an option for your home.

Get in touch with our team to find out what’s possible in your space.

Before, during & after 🐶🔥

There’s nothing better than receiving photos from a happy customer once we’ve finished an installation, especially when they include the four legged member of the family too!

We recently completed this fireplace installation and were so pleased to receive these lovely photos from our customer, along with this message:

“Just want to send compliments to you, your Dad & Gary for your wonderful service with fitting the fireplace. You all behaved like gentlemen and treated the home like you would your own, thank you. Mum is delighted with it. Just some photos showing Laksh is happy too 🐶”

A lovely transformation, a very happy customer and, most importantly, it looks like it has Laksh’s seal of approval too! 🐾

A big thank you to our customer for sending the photos across and for such lovely feedback.
