Here’s a stunning renovation we’ve nearly finished just a little of snagging to do in the new year well.

We started by renovating the Garage to provide the customer with a much needed extra bedroom and an additional bathroom / utility room .

Once we got all the structural elements done we cut into the existing house to create the new door ways .

We also removed a block wall inside the property to open up the entrance hallway to allow more natural light in with Understairs storage provided and a new oak handrail to make to property more elegant.

We fitted new flooring in the entrance hallway

The garage conversion was fully plastered and decorated by the team and all other decoration works the customer is going todo these herself ,

We built bespoke units in the bathroom for the customer so we could house the washing machine and tumble dryer and also built the sink unit and it was all hand painted .

We built new steps outside the property and installed new composite doors and windows and also installed oak pvc cladding to really give the property a face lift .

We are very happy with all the works and this is a project we’ve carried out a load of work on before and have more works lined up .

We’ve officially finished for Christmas 🎅!!

What a year it’s been , we’ve met some awesome new customers this year and carried out loads of new jobs for our returning customers.

we’ve definitely had the best year since I set up my own company ,

We’ve carried out really small jobs like hanging doors fitting shelves etc to full on whole house renovations to completely new extensions .

We carry out every aspect from the footing right through to completion and then hand back the completed project for the customer to enjoy .

We will see you all in the new year we will be aiming to complete as many new jobs as possible and our diary’s are open to take new booking so please get in touch .

We’ve not posted for a while as we’ve been super busy with a lot of different jobs all on the go at once but here’s a lovely little job we’ve just completed,
We removed all the internal brick work and beams to turn the home into an open plan living space .
This property had all the electrical element changed as well as additional wiring , we chased all the pipe runs into the wall and plastered over them and re-adjusted all the pipe work for the sink and washing machine as it was a complete mess beforehand the kitchen was removed and a beautiful new kitchen supplied by wren ,and fitted my us

We installed the kitchen and flooring and done the tile works this project was a pleasure to work on .

It the end of the week and we can now hand this job back over the customer it’s been a lot of work changing this building which used to be a horse stable built nearly 200 years ago ,
This property still retains a lot of the old feature .

We removed all the old ceilings and double boarded with sound prove board plastered and installed new down lights .

All the walls were stripped back to bare brick and the floor was broke up and reduced as we fitted underfloor heating as well ,

3 solid oak beams were installed on pad stones .

Fully plastered and painted it has been an amazing project and we’ve got a further two rooms to transform into a beautiful living space

We’ve been back at the massive project we’re currently doing works on ,there’s loads happening on this project with the main house still to be completely renovated from top to bottom and the extension is also taking shape now ,this will be the new kitchen and dinining area .
