A kitchen transformation, powered by the right electrics.

This stunning kitchen/diner was created by our sister company, VIP Properties, with VIP Electrical carrying out the full rewire to bring the electrics up to speed with the new space.

From dimmable downlights and a statement pendant over the island, to feature lighting inside the larder unit and power for the new appliances — every detail was carefully considered to complement the new kitchen.

Our lovely clients wanted to transform their home by creating one large, open-plan space rather than having a separate kitchen and dining room. With the hard work and expertise of the V.I.P teams, combined with our clients’ clear vision, the results speak for themselves.

Our clients visited our showroom, where they carefully selected flooring and carpets to complement the classic, sophisticated style they had envisioned for their home.
Our V.I.P Flooring team installed LVT throughout the kitchen and entrance hallway, creating a stylish and practical finish, while carpet was fitted to the stairs and landing, adding warmth, comfort and a touch of luxury.

Take a look at this fantastic transformation we were proud to be a part of, working alongside our sister companies Properties V.I.P Electrical and VIP Heating & Plumbing .

The ground floor was excavated to allow for a new insulated floor, with the old flooring removed and the area carefully prepared for the next stage of the project.

Our V.I.P Flooring team then screeded and self-levelled the floor, ready for our Heating & Plumbing to install the wet underfloor heating system

Our lovely client chose the classic oak and weathered oak LVT from our VIP Flooring showroom, perfectly complementing the rustic character of the space while bringing it up to date for modern, practical living.

The result? A beautifully seamless finish with a classic oak look, bringing together the rustic character of the property with a fresh, modern feel.
