thinking back on the last few years when I’ve gone full steam ahead with Knot Half Bad and Christmas at this time of year, with heaps of markets & workshops!! ✨
unfortunately that’s not been the reality this time around, and I’m missing that feeling of knowing a piece of my work, no matter how small, is playing a part in your Christmas 🥹🎄SO in the festive spirit…

my only christmas workshop this year - and it’s a classic!! ✨Join me for my sixth year of teaching how to make a sparkly macramé star with your own two hands 💫

✨ this workshop is beginner’s friendly and I’ll provide all the materials and equipment you’ll need
✨it will take place at , starting at 7pm - sweet treats & drinks available to purchase ☺️
✨this workshop is £30 per person, with a 50% deposit required to book your places - simply message me to book!

captured by the lovely 📸

recycled cotton cord on driftwood sourced from the pembrokeshire coast 🌊 over 50 leaves knotted to encompass the couple’s nearest and dearest 🍃

this was originally going to be a much shorter piece but the night before the wedding (!) we decided to keep it long and swap the frame - some last minute stress but I think it paid off ✨ I felt really proud seeing it across the room all evening ☺️

just about managing to stay awake after a magic weekend celebrating the wedding of two of our best friends 🫶 I had the absolute pleasure of not only being maid of honour, but also creating this piece to display the seating plan for their nearest and dearest. more to come, but really wanted to share whilst in the wedding bubble 💒

had a great time fixing up some new work for the gift shop restock, featuring a selection of my favourite kind of plant hangers - chunky and colourful 🪴🎨🌈

heaps more colour to be found amongst more phone wristlets, disco balls, and flowery keychains too!! really liked seeing this collection all together, working my way through my existing materials is leading to some happy results ☺️

Keep seeing bag charms everywhere and I have to say - I am a fan!! I think it’s such a cute way of adding a lil flair, a touch of personality, to bags and outfits 🎀🍬🍒 and keeps funky keychains from being hidden away on your keys at the bottom of your bag 💔🪦

After many hours procrastinating on Pinterest, a lot of experimenting, and some very tangled cord, I finally completed a Chinese Good Luck Knot 🌸 Made with paracord and loaaads of patience 👍

Stay tuned as I share more of my bag charm journey & final products - lots of beads, knots & textures to enjoy, with each one being one of a kind 💙✨ lil charms made with lots of love xx

Join me on Thursday 27th August at 7pm to create your own pair of classic cream macramé coasters, with the option to customise them with a stripe of colour (I will be bringing along a bunch of colours for you to choose from!).

This workshop is beginner’s friendly, and open to anyone looking to get started with learning the macramé basics or just wants to make & take home some cute coasters 🙂

The workshop costs £30 and includes everything you’ll need to create your coasters. It’s a 50% deposit to book (£15.00) with the balance to be paid at the end of the workshop (cash or card!). Drinks & treats will be available to purchase from Ginger Monkey 🐵

Spaces will be given on a first come first served basis - please message me via social media to secure your spot(s)!

A moment for these two 💗🤎 (and my shaky camera work 🤷🏻‍♀️)

A custom order for a mother & daughter! Featuring real bamboo handles, 100% cotton inserts, and 9mm recycled cotton cord - one in a soft caramel & the other in a vibrant fuschia!!

I was also asked to add some crossbody straps to this pair, making them even easier for everyday wear 👛👜

Gorgeous bags in gorgeous places 🌞 I'm chuffed that my work has earned a spot in your suitcases ✈️ and hope it gets filled with all the fridge magnets, anklets and tourist leaflets you’ll (inevitably) end up with 🏝️

As much as I’m enjoying making these, I am itching to experiment with little tweaks here and there. I’m thinking different handles, longer fringes, multiple colours, added charms… so expect some one off pieces to surface soon ☺️💖

and… maybe… a giveaway 👀
