Callie is always asking if she can help me dye yarn, and last week Callie and Emmie finally did 🥹✨

It’s time for my next Mystery yarn set and this time it’s inspired by Monet’s Sunset at Pourville. It captures that fleeting coastal glow, with soft, shifting evening light over the sea.

Hazy blues, calming greens, dusky lavenders and tranquil aquas come together in this mystery mini skein set, with an optional 100g skein designed to fade and flow alongside it. All my favourite colours! It’s going to be fab!

I’ve got some exciting news… 🧶✨

I’ll be exhibiting at the brand new Midlands Wool Festival 2026!

📍 Wolverhampton Racecourse
🗓 11th & 12th July

This is a brand new event and I’m so excited to be part of it - there’ll be beautiful yarn, loads of colour inspiration, and a really lovely day out with fellow yarn lovers 💛

I’ll be bringing plenty of gorgeous skeins (of course 👀), and as ever, I can’t wait to meet some of you in person!

There will be 24 colourful skeins of squishy yarn that will fade together throughout the calendar, it’s going to be gorgeous! Each skein will be inspired by a different modern masterpiece that features in the famous New York art gallery 👩‍🎨

There is also an option to add additional 100g skeins which will be bring the whole collection together really nicely. You can also add a project bag which will be unique as I am hand painting each one 🎨 I’m currently creating prototypes and they are looking beautiful 😍

What an amazing weekend at — the sun was shining, you all came out in droves, and we got to talk yarn all weekend long. It really was so lovely. Shows like this, and getting to meet so many like-minded yarnies, are truly the best part of the job.

Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by the stand — it meant a lot.

We are pretty much set up ready for this weekend, just a few bits needed to finish off the stall ready for tomorrow - so I thought Id share a few of the brand new Monet colourways I’ve got with me in Wales! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

I’ve got a HUGE Monet range on the stand this weekend - I’ve shown just a small selection - as Cymru always seems to go crazy for Monet! 🪷 Make sure you have stand H10 in Hall 1 (our usual space) on your visit list for the weekend ✅ I’ll see you there!

✨ The final two shade reveals from the 12 Yarns of Swiftmas Advent ✨

🌿 Day 11 – Willow
Inspired by one of the most iconic moments of the show, filled with witchy magic and glowing orbs. This might just be my favourite colourway to dye — it pushed me outside my usual palette, and I absolutely loved the result.

🎹🌸 Day 12 – Surprise Songs
These had to be included. The most thrilling moment of the show, where every night is unique and the mashups are pure genius. I knew the piano had to feature, paired with a beautiful floral theme to capture that magic.
