Finally got the old girl back on the road after 13 months. Went in for a rebore. Turns out someone put a 500 engine in her and there were no oversize pistons anywhere. You’d think that with the internet someone in the world would have a spare pair.
300 miles left to run her in.
On the plus, side she’s easier to insure as a 500 twin and the DVLA only took 10 days to update the engine size 👍
