'Ken Kaniff killed Superman'

Eminem is complete!!! Portrait composed entirely of handwritten lyrics!!

This one has taken me an age but I've had a lot of fun with it! I've been a massive fan ever since he took over the charts when I was a teenager, so it had to be done!!!
This piece was completed on A2 Bristol board using a s**t load of Sakura Micron Pigma Liners!! Definitely my favourite so far!!! Also, if you folks could tag in this i'd really appreciate it! This is the first artist I've portrayed using this style who's still alive so it would be great to get their opinion 😂

FOUND!!! In an unbelievable turn of events I have managed to recover my Bowie portrait!!! After sitting in a warehouse in Essex for months somebody decided to see if they could track me down!!!! Massive thanks to for saving this from going in the bin!!! After giving up hope it feels amazing to have it back!!!

Well... This has taken far longer than I had thought! I hadn't anticipated just how difficult drawing a creased white T-shirt using hand writing would be!! Every word was meticulously written and one wrong move could have ruined the whole thing! The rest should be a doddle!! 😬😬😬

'Ziggys Space Hero'

Entirely composed of handwritten words from the music of David Bowie, written on A2 Seawhites Bristol Board using varying nib sizes of Micron Fineliners and .nation Triplus fineliners.

The second piece in this series paying tribute to musical legends, the one and only David Bowie, this piece was commissioned and although Bowie wouldn't have been my second choice, nows it's finished I couldn't be happier, such an iconic picture and the way the colour pops is just awesome, I love it!

The next one is already lined up and ready to go, will share a teaser shortly...

Over half way with Bowie now, need to build a bit of tone on his face before I finish his hair, also had a mare trying to find the right red for the lightning bolt on his face, I have far too many red fineliners now!!! Hopefully only a few weeks left till its completed!

Last update on this one for a while, as im just about to start the biggest commission I've ever had!! Really excited to get started, but I will be back to finish Heath here by the end of the year!
I started Heaths Joker as a gift for myself and also just to see how these portraits fair on a smaller piece of paper (A3) and with a splash of colour thrown in, needless to say I'm so far happy with both! Keep an eye out for further updates!!
