I will be closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week to set up four installations at Ushaw’s Flower Festival.
This time the event is all about the sounds of the Northeast, from native wildlife to mega rock stars, if it’s from this area and makes a noise it’ll be represented!

Pop in if you get chance during the event, it’s a fantastic few days for plant and flower lovers.
There’ll be Lots of amazing local talent including two Chelsea Flower Show silver medalists, Nikki Wright and Allan Raby (East Durham College), who will also be showcasing their incredible work.

Yours truly will have an installation of four pieces dotted around this wonderful venue to honour a very famous singer from Wallsend.

Ushaw Historic House, Chapels & Gardens because by the time I post photos the event will be over.

🍂🍂🍂It’s the first of the ‘ber months, autumn is days away and the flower boutique is all set for the changing season.
Our gorgeous autumnal bouquets will soon be reflecting nature’s colours, golden yellow, deep pinks, luscious reds, berry purples, fiery orange, rich burgundy and chestnut brown.
There’s lovely new wrapping papers, tissue, ribbons and accessories all with a seasonal theme.

This bouquet features stunning bronze coloured roses, berries and deep burgundy foliage among other things which is still summer-ish with strong hints of autumn. It’s what you could call a transitional bouquet, hope you like it 🍂🍂🍂

Happy Bank Holiday Monday everyone, it’s 115 days ‘til the next one, 23 days ‘til autumn and 61 days ‘til Halloween…scary thought, I know!
