My latest bake for Richard to take to work for their Macmillan Coffee Morning ... Together we a difference! 💜💚 They raised £257.70 💚💜
Unfortunately there isn't a photo of the cut cake, 5 sponge layers filled with Mrs Darlingtons raspberry jam, legendary lemon curd and whipped white chocolate ganache, topped off with homemade Italian macarons and edible flowers 😋

As promised we have donated the £7 plus additional £3 from Sallie and Jack, we also decided to match it,with another £10. With Gift Aid thats a total of £25 donated to North Staffordshire Neonatal Unit, via the University Hospital of North Staffordshire Charity.

I was asked to make a really special Christmas decoration.
Sallie and Jack announced their pregnancy and just a few days after Sallie placed an order with us for a "Last Christmas, just the two of us" decoration. As with many of our first makes we offer them discounted or free because we can't show one we made earlier. Often the customers insists on paying us, so we compromise and suggest a donation to charity. Thats what Sallie and I agreed on. Richard and I have £10 ( £3 over payment) to donate, we'll let you know more shortly. For now here's a pic of the decoration. I am so excited to share this recent make with you. Our lovely return customer Jenny asked us to make a "New Home" gift for her friend and family, she ordered a Gonk family slate. When asked if there was a colour theme Jenny, asked for Ghanian colours. This was a little challenge for my stock pile, but I am thrilled to say I nailed it, with the help of a little fabric paint. Many thanks to Jenny for her order, and huge thank you to Richard for his laser/computer wizardry and delivering skills. 🩷🩷🩷

Today has been a different kind of crafty day... I had the pleasure of hosting a Bring your own Craft morning 🩷 A fabulous opportunity for a little sweet treat.
I had a lovely chilled morning and learnt a new skill thanks to Beck.

Richard and I had the perfect pitch today, its just what we want from hosts, our stall was facing onto the arena so we got to watch the events inbetween meeting people and selling our wares.
Huge Thank You! to The Brinkworth Show Team of volunteers for putting on a great day, you've done Brinkworth proud.
We were meet on arrival, clear on where our pitch was, checked on throughout the day and given a Thank You /save the day card at the end, plus offered help to pack down, what more could a stallholder ask for.
The sun shone all day 🌞 (always a bonus). We also met so many lovely stall visitors, many thanks to those who turned into valued customers. Hope to see you next year, dabs on the same pitch please 😉
And thats a wrap for Summer 2026!
