And finally property number three. Today we installed the last of this row of cottage’s in Burton. We installed the left cottage eight years ago, the right property ten years ago and the middle cottage this week. Using our Chartwell Green profile externally and our white profile internally with colour coded astragal bars to maintain the character of all three properties. A few months ago Bournemouth experienced a freak hail storm. The storm itself didn’t last long but it was so intense it damaged many conservatory roofs in its path. Our long-standing clients were already considering replacing their old roof, their old roof was polycarbonate and after the storm was pebble-dashed with holes. Our new roof made by Ultraframe using the latest glazing, Sunshade Blue, helps with the glare and heat whilst the outer glass is self cleaning. We included a ridge ventilation system which will allow air circulation.

A door with a difference!! Our clients wanted a true stable door, opening outwards, a vertical shiplap panel in the lower half with a sealed unit in satin with an integral blind in the top. The frame and sash are French / Pebble Grey with white internally. This was installed into a static chalet which meant we used an odd leg frame. A tricky installation but what a difference. The door folds back and is secured using a hook and eye. Our clients are thrilled with their new front door.

What a transformation!! One of our long standing customers moved house!! Changing the windows was high on their to-do list!! We removed the Rosewood windows with brown Georgian Inserts and replaced them with our Heritage Flush Casement windows in Painswick Grey!! Inside the clients chose a white finish!!

Another conservatory replacement with a glowing review after the installation. We changed the roof product from polycarbonate to glass, we changed the large openers to Tilt & Turn and the small windows to fanlight openers. We adjusted the front windows and doors to align with the roofing bars.

Another Checkatrade review

We installed our clients front door a few years ago, the client wanted their timber doors replaced with the same product as their front door. We ordered two new Smarts designer doors in the same colour as their front Smarts designer doors in French Grey(RAL 7001). These doors are without question the best aluminium doors that money can buy!! The glass units within the door are triple glazed and bonded into the door.

Another full house completed by The Window & Conservatory Centre. We started with changing the rooftrim products from Rosewood to Anthracite Grey. We then revamped the client’s conservatory to a colour coded replica tiled roof extension, finally we installed new windows and doors!! What a transformation!!!
