Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team on a full-time basis. Work will involve painting and decorating on construction and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate should take pride in high-quality workmanship and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
• Interior and exterior painting
• Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming
• Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working to deadlines while maintaining high standards

Requirements
• Previous experience as a painter/decorator
• Ability to work on construction sites
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• CSCS card preferred but not essential
• Own tools preferred

What We Offer
• Full-time, ongoing work
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
• Weekly pay
• Opportunity for long-term work

Schedule
• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Half-day Friday

This isn't the kind of post I would like to be writing..

Today is going to be a very hard day saying goodbye to one of our own Andy Anderson.

Andy started with us around a year 'n' a half ago and what a year 'n' a half it was. Andy liked a good laugh just like us and we all took too working together like a house on fire. He was a character around site and it most definitely isn't the same without him. It was an absolute pleasure to have worked with you Andy..

We are thinking of all Andys friends and family especially Susanne, Aaron, Hayley and Nathan.
