I personally source curiosities from near and far and create stories of lives lived, or yet to live, using Assemblage Art, Collage Art, and Shadow Box Art. I find inspiration all around me, objects I find, stories I hear, people I meet. Nothing is better to me than a rummage around a junk shop or boot fair. So very proud of my daughter Sophie today ❤️ she conquered her fear of heights to absail down the 135ft maternity block at Ipswich Hospital.

Sophie and her friend Annie are Midwives at this hospital, they did this to raise funds for training in the use of Biomechanics in the context of childbirth.

Biomechanics training canl equip maternity professionals with knowledge and practical skills to support women during labour and delivery.

Using evidence based techniques, practitioners can foster conditions that facilitate vaginal births.

This can help reduce the likelihood of complications and may decrease the overall rates of Caesarian Sections.

Most importantly, Biomechanics can contribute to improved maternal and neo natal outcomes.
