Settling back down to a more reasonable life balance after quite a big couple of months, 3 big shows in 2 months .co.uk has occupied my mind and body entirely but I’m thrilled with where it’s taken me and my work.
The sharp edge of a bigger show particularly ones I know a lot of eyes are going to be on the work push new ideas (often with just enough time to execute it) like these flowers. I’ve made lighting for years and bringing together the lighting and more sculptural work is the firmer nudge that gives more energy to the evolution of it.
Right now I feel like I understand my work a lot more than I perhaps previously did, what it is, how to display it and possibly where it’s going but who knows really.
Thank you to all those involved with organising such shows, they really have been a dream to take part in and hello to some of the new followers I’ve reached because of said shows, it’s lovely to have you here ❤️
