✨ Only TWO Rooms Remaining ✨

Join me this July for a truly special Wet Felting Retreat in beautiful Menai Bridge, North Wales.

📅 13th-16th July
📍 Bryn Aethwy, overlooking the stunning Menai Strait

With just two en suite rooms now available (including the gorgeous master suite and a twin room), this is your chance to enjoy three days of creativity, relaxation, delicious food, and breathtaking coastal views in one of North Wales' most beautiful locations.

Your retreat experience includes:

💛 All wet felting workshops, tuition, and materials
💛 Optional needle felting sessions
💛 Three nights' accommodation
💛 Breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments throughout the retreat
💛 Beautiful evening meals prepared by a private chef, with wine included
💛 A warm, welcoming group of fellow creatives

Whether you're completely new to felting or have years of experience, you'll leave inspired, refreshed, and full of new ideas.

Expect beautiful textures, vibrant colour, cosy evenings, laughter, good conversation, and the rare luxury of uninterrupted creative time.

Guests have travelled from across the UK and as far as America to attend these retreats, with many returning again and again. The feedback has been wonderful, and the friendships formed are often just as special as the creativity itself.

This is more than a workshop. It's a chance to step away from everyday life, immerse yourself in creativity, and spend a few days in a beautiful setting with people who share your love of making.

✨ Only two rooms remain and once they're gone, the retreat is fully booked.

Eight people walked into a room not knowing each other. Four hours later, every single one left with something they made with their own hands. That's the photo above.

Eight women, eight piles of wool, one table covered in colour. Mugs of tea going cold because hands are busy. Quiet concentration, then someone laughing, then a question across the table about how much soap is too much soap.

Most craft workshops are taught. Ours are shared. I've run enough of these now to notice the pattern. People arrive a little unsure, sit down next to a stranger, and within an hour they're swapping fibre, funny (sometimes sad) stories, comparing textures, asking each other for advice on colour and life! Nobody plans it. It just happens around wool and warm water.

We don't call our sessions a community. We just keep watching one show up, every single time, the moment the wool hits the table.

If you've been curious about wet felting, or you're looking for a hands-on day that doesn't feel like a class, come and sit at the table.

There's always a space 🌻

Last Friday’s wet felted bag on a ball workshop at Sam Dale & Son in Holmes Chapel was an absolute joy 🧶

Tables covered in wool, hands deep in soapy bubbles, tea constantly brewing, and the room full of conversation, laughter, and encouragement. New friends and old friends all making together.

I always make sure there’s plenty of fibre available so everyone can work freely and confidently on their piece. No carefully counting out tiny bundles here… if your bag needs another layer, another colour, another handful of curls, then go for it! The best results often come when people give themselves permission to be bold and playful with the materials.

And what beautiful results they were. Every single bag completely different, full of personality and texture.

Huge thanks to everyone who came along, and to Mandy for all the help, support, and good company throughout the day ☕️✨

Very excited to be facilitating a special workshop on Saturday at the wonderful in Hanley.

We will be making wet felted colourful hanging basket liners!

Huge thanks to Lara at the for getting my last minute order of mixed carded wool over in plenty of time for me to prep for Saturday! Just look at the gorgeous selection. Perfect for making really solid, brightly coloured, and sustainable, hanging basket liners.
