A recent design concept for a commercial client. Deep greens, rich leathers, warm woods, and aged brass come together in this bold, cozy concept. Perfect for a luxe bar or intimate dining space with a moody, elevated feel.

🍷 The Lounge at

A space designed for comfort, character, and quiet moments.

We paired olive leather seating with dark bespoke panelling, herringbone flooring, exposed brick and warm brass accents — all chosen to create a rich, refined contrast to the livelier bar next door.

Framed photos displaying local history, soft ambient lighting, and layered textures bring a timeless, lived-in feel to this modern pub snug.

🛠️ From Moodboard to Barstool: Behind the scenes of

Designing our first commercial interior wasn’t all polished brass and finished shots — it was a mix of early mornings, dusty site visits, endless swatches, and a good bit of builder’s tea.

📍 Moodboarding and colour scheming
📍 Scouring through so many fabric books
📍 Electrical planning and layout drawings
📍 Hours spent digitally modelling and checking every design detail
📍 On-site visits and design tweaks
📍 Final touches, like wallpaper checks under actual light
📍 …and yes, a few breakfast meetings over cereal and supplier samples 😅

First commercial job completed ✔️

We gave a full design refresh — blending rich textures, exposed brick, vintage lighting, and dark wood tones to create a warm, sophisticated atmosphere. From the leather banquette seating to the curated gallery wall featuring local history and ambient table lamps, every detail was thoughtfully designed with character and comfort in mind.

And let’s be honest — who doesn’t judge a pub by its toilets? 😉
