And just a reminder - there's no wooden bits in the box, it's the name of the version, as opposed to the SLR with the plastic furniture. We've had a bit of a day out - didn't go far for us but what a great place to have on hand. Some photos from what I used to know as Sunderland Aircraft Museum which is now officially NELSAM - North East Land Sea and Air Museum. Yes, it was a bit chilly - or was that actually the ghosts......this is supposed to be one of the most haunted sites going and regular ghost hunting sessions are held here as well, so something for everyone!!! Like all these places, it relies on volunteers and visitors so if you can, do go along and have a day out there and support them.

42 may be the Answer to Life, The Universe and Everything but it is also the maximum number of working days between now and Royal Mail cut off for guaranteed Christmas deliveries. And we all know that Royal Mail deliveries are about as reliable as, well a Royal Mail delivery.

I know this seems ridiculous when some parts of the country are still basking in 20 degrees and the flowers are coming back into bloom but I can't be held responsible for any of that.

I can, however, remind you that waiting until 15 December before ordering your goodies is not going to end well.

So please get your orders in as soon as you can. We will get through as much as we possibly can but it takes us time to make and post out your lovely things - we're not Amazon and, well, we don't have to face your beloved on Christmas Day and explain ourselves
