If you joined our Introduction to Brioche workshop, this is your next step!
We’re building on those foundations in this follow-up session with Kath Andrews, helping you grow your confidence and skills with this beautiful, textured technique.

You’ll learn two key increases and three essential decreases, many of which appear in a wide range of brioche patterns — making this an excellent stepping stone to more advanced projects. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have created a richly textured geometric swatch using all the techniques covered.

Woolbert's got hold of some of our brand new (and amazingly squishy!) UK Merino!
This non-superwash yarn is entirely UK grown by the lovely and has to be squished to be believed. It has a lot more bounce than the normal commercial merino, and same as weoolbert, we can't stop squishing it, hugging it, admiring it, and generally wanting (needing!) it!

This colourway is called Blodau Sych - which translates to Dried Flowers.

The eagle-eyed of you will have spotted no fewer than 7 identical posts this evening.
Nikki here, and I'd like to thank Meta Business Suite for it's complete lunacy where it repeatedly told me it had not scheduled a facebook post, whereupon we tried multiple times and then gave up and used a different scheduling system.

Of course - as is standard - it then posted them all.

All 6 identical attempts (that could not be seen in the scheduler!) plus the one from the backup system...

You gotta laugh! Though not sure we can cope with playing yarn chicken 7 times in a row!

So if you think your 'like' disappeared, it did, as I needed to remove all but one of the posts, so that you didn't think we'd gone completely balmy. (or any balmier than usual!!) So please re-like the remaining post if you can!
