One thing about auctions... people can get surprisingly competitive 😂

You can have someone who's spent half an hour deciding whether to bid another £5 on something, then suddenly they're in a bidding war with a complete stranger over an old chair.

And the funny thing is, sometimes the things everyone expects to sell for a fortune go relatively cheaply, while something completely unexpected attracts all the attention.

That's what makes auctions interesting. You really never know what's going to happen.

We've got another rather varied sale coming up on Sunday 25th October, with everything from jewellery and antiques to furniture, vintage toys and some unusual bits and pieces.
