Update on the surgery Job. The sections of ceiling damaged by the historic leak have been made good. The worst section had to be taken down and replaced. Now letting the filler dry ready for a sand, another fill, caulk and paint.

A local Dr's surgery called me in to fix some historical cracking and a change of colour in a couple of the rooms in the building. There was also a historical leak in a ceiling that had damaged it. That ceiling will be done in due course as it needs to come down and be replaced. Here is what I have achieved so far before and after.

It's not the most ideal time of year to be doing external work but a builder approached me recently to put a few coats on this brand new door and frame work that he had installed.
2 coats of Dulux weathershield trade gloss and it is now protected from the elements for a good few years to come. 💪 😊

Some photos of a kitchen we completed back in the summer. Customer called us back as the new flooring had been recently fitted, however the kick boards wouldn't fit back due to the new finished floor height. A quick plane down and all was resolved. We also fitted a new blind on the door. NO job too small. Another happy customer.

This void property was in a very sorry state after the Tennants had moved out after 11 years. The landlord called me in to flip it before it was let out again. I can also fit blinds. As part of the agreement that I could stay at a friend's holiday home in cornwall with the family I was set some tasks to do whilst down here. These blinds were a bit more complicated than your average. They came in various different components that you had to build from scratch. The outcome really transforms the huge window at the front of the converted bungalow.
