Dear our wonderful followers, Sorry we have been absent from our page, I have been going through personal troubles which had halted the business as I needed to prioritise mine and my family’s welfare, however I wish to return to work on a reduced timetable so I can still ensure that I can please and provide my services to my customers xx I will now be working 12 hours per week until further notice, but am still doing my absolute best to meet all orders from everyone! HTV Customisation done on scrapbook by special request. Custom per bought me the item and asked me what I could do, and this is what we have so far. Still have more to do but it’s a strong starting point. This scrapbook is available for £16 on Amazon. So what are we doing to keep our customers safe?

We use had sanitizer before and after handling each item, and between handling separate customers orders.

All of our items quarantine for 48 hours before they are first touched when we do a stock replenishment.

To ensure your and our staffs safety, only one member of our team will be in physical contact with your items.

We are also using PPE when handling your items for the final time, whether that be preparing for p&p or handing over your items.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide change to our customers at this time so please either pay the correct amount in cash or opt for bank transfer payment xx

We hope that this reassures our customers we are doing EVERYTHING we can to ensure yours and our wonderful team’s safety! x
