I made this wedding bear many months ago and at last I can share it with you all as the wedding couple have received it! It is very difficult to photograph but it has layers of lovely shiny fabric over the lining so many hours were spent putting this one together. Embroidered details on the limbs to show dates, names and wedding venue.

My next bear has been presented to remember a lovely Auntie.
This is the Betsy Bear pattern from Cwtch patterns and includes clothes from special occasions and her necklace and brooch.

My next bear has been given to match another received a while ago. Embroidered names on the sleeves and a lovely saying on the leg! This one had a scanned photo put on to transfer paper and ironed on to make a pocket on his back to remember a very special Dad and Grandad. Simplicity Bear pattern.

My newest bears off home!

I have had some lovely comments from the owner of these bears. The lady who they are in memory of loved Christmas so they all have a Christmas theme including the purple bear which was made to remember a lovely wedding. There are many hours of work in these bears and I was able to unpick lots of the designs on the cardigan and include them on the bears. It was an honour to make these and lovely to ‘play’ a little! They were then posted which was a ‘first’ for me and nerve-wracking until I knew they arrived safely!

My next order of 5 bears are all Christmas themed and are well on the way to completion! Looking forward to returning these treasured items home.
