February usually means I'll be crocheting a lot of hearts 🤣

These are one of my favourite things to make. They work up super quick and look adorable - and they make the perfect gift!

I have been working on a few bigger projects recently, but was getting a lack of dopamine from not finishing any so I pivoted and made these instead.

I have a bunch of pastel hearts that I made, but this glittery 'Christmas' yarn I bought at the end of last year makes the perfect sparkly heart.

Yarn is divante glitter chenille from The Range.

This is now on my Etsy along with my pastel hearts.

This is the second hexicardigan I made using the same pattern. This project definitely made me fall in love with caron cakes, the slow colour changes were great for this project and who doesnt love less ends to weave in?!

Out of the two I made, I definitely prefer the colours on this one, even though it is a LOT brighter. Its a shame this yarn has been discontinued

Which one do you like more? The rainbow or the strawberry kiwi cardigan?

I finished this project quite a while ago in September but never actually posted it on here, so here it is!

I had so much fun making this hexicardigan, it's the first one I've ever done and it was a lot easier than I thought. I often get bored of repetitive projects (looking at you granny squares!), but seeing how quickly this worked up spurred me on to finish it.

I've actually made another since, and have a baggy one as a WIP. I will post my rainbow one soon ;)

I ended up making two cropped cardigans, mainly because I ran out of yarn 🤣 But I quite like the cropped look.

What do you think? I wasn't too sure on the colours at first but it worked up quite nice.

Wishing everyone a year full of peace, laughter and unforgettable (in a good way) memories!

I know I've been inactive for a while, but what better time to make a comeback and share my love for crafts with you all 🥰

Besides, today is the only day I can say I haven't brought yarn all year. That'll change very quickly 🤣

I've changed my name!

What better way to announce my comeback with a name change, just to be awkward 😂

This'll be the final one... I promise. Maybe.

I was never too sure on HandmadeByHarsi, but at the time I could not think of anything better so I thought I'd stick to it.

Not long after I started crocheting, the little terror that is Guinness entered my life. This new name is definitely to honour his silly, quirky nature ❤️

I'm hoping this new name will not only give me a bit more freedom with my crafts, but is also a nod to the most important little baby boy in my life. That being said, I don't see myself branching out much further than crochet at the moment as I am a certified yarn-a-holic.

What do you think of the name? Let me know!

I'm looking forward to sharing my creations again with you guys, it's been far too long.
