This is a really important step in building a quality space and our expert design team know all the tricks for making sure the finishing touches enhance and elevate the design to align with our clients’ needs.

⭐️Adding textures will help lift your space and make a commercial environment feel inviting.

Perforated or moulded wall panelling, Edged or knurled hardware, layered patina metals, veined leather or quartz, and let’s not forget biophilia! All those details will add depth to the design and turn a two-dimensional colour scheme into a successful environment.

Check out this office fit out!

We were recently invited down to see our finished work at the opening day of the Metanoia Pharmacy offices and we’re so pleased with the final result.

Their office now has a modern finish with lots of natural light coming in and their open plan is divided by flexible shelving. The client wanted the office environment to be comfortable for all working styles, therefore we have integrated a variety of meeting options such as high-level poser tables, conference style tables and an informal coffee style area.

Our favorite feature? The bar-style kitchenette which is great for employees, for meetings and of course events too.

Carpets. Insignificant or innovative?

A feature that mostly goes unnoticed in the office or home, Carpets are seemingly insignificant. But In this latest installation at Westfield shopping center, Toyota have broken the mound and showcased how our industry is constantly striving for improvement and innovation.

The exhibition shows a variety of textures and shapes, cleverly used to form the landscape of roads, crossings, pavements and greenery.

We love taking inspiration from designs like these- smart details we can strive to achieve in our clients projects.

Most people think of Interior Design predominantly as Residential jobs.

At Intend Design, we don't like limiting ourselves. We believe it's important for designers to shout about their Commercial projects as well.
