matter how much time you have to attend to it there is a plant friend perfect for you. make a statement with unique plant pots each handmade and individual. plants and pots go hand in hand. colours create an ambiance but did you know that it can also influence our mood each colour has its own energy some calming others energise. so you can pick colours for decoration or to influence your mood. another great way to boost well-being is through smell. ever smelt someone and its instantly make you feel good? smells have a stronger influence on mood than an image, lavender can reduce stress and citrus can make you feel more energised. amazing right?
