Making memories…..

That’s what I absolutely love to do!

Nothing delights me more than creating something personal and unexpected and especially for wedding guests!

Now these guests were not expecting this at the wedding! As they entered the room and took their seats, each one lifted their place card to see the image of themselves (which were all taken from Facebook or insta) and turned into funny and charming characters.
A lot immediately took to their phones taking pictures of themselves and sharing it with friends and family.

And guess what?……. Everyone took theirs home!

It helped to create a real buzz in the room before the wedding breakfast began and also proved to be a real ice breaker for those that were sat next to people they didn’t know.

Layers upon layers of luxurious card and bespoke illustrations to create something unique for this gorgeous couple.

Every love story is different so why shouldn’t your wedding invitations be that too!

Let’s just say it is a bit of a minefield when you’re planning weddings so these are three really important dates to remember when your wedding planning.

When do you send save the dates?

I would aim for about 12 months before the wedding. Because this allows people to keep the date free particularly in busy periods like holidays or at Christmas

When should you send wedding invitations?

I would aim for around 3 to 6 months before the actual wedding date.

When should people RSVP?
My top tip is to work backwards from the date that your venue needs final numbers by. Allow yourself around four weeks grace. This will give you plenty of time to chase RSVPs plus send out more invitations if you suddenly find that some people can’t make it.

So many couples have made this mistake!

When I worked in wedding venues, I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to rescue peoples stationery, in particular table names and numbers!

if paper or card is too thin, I stood upright, very often after a few hours it really starts to wilt and flop.

Also, if signs are too small or made of things like acrylic, it can often be really hard for people to actually see what’s on them.

Getting people seated in the correct positions can be quite time-consuming and also put pressure on the day if you’re working to a strict timeline.

That’s why I create your table names and numbers double sided and from fabulous quality card so you know that they will last through the whole wedding day and beyond.

Planning your wedding ceremony and wondering if you need reserved seating signs?

Reserved seating at a wedding might seem like a small detail, but it can make a huge difference to how smoothly your ceremony runs. Without clear wedding seating signs, guests can feel unsure where to sit, leaving front rows empty or causing awkward shuffling just before you walk down the aisle.

Using reserved seating signs for your wedding ceremony helps guide close family like parents, grandparents, and bridal party members to the right place—without stress or confusion.

It’s one of those simple wedding planning details that keeps everything organised, calm, and exactly how you imagined it.

If you’re planning your big day, don’t overlook the small touches—they’re often the ones that matter most 🤍

When should wedding guests RSVP? 🤍
Give guests at least 4–6 weeks to RSVP before your wedding date to avoid last-minute stress. Late RSVPs can delay your wedding seating plan, final guest numbers, and even your catering order. A clear RSVP deadline keeps your wedding planning organised and stress-free

Do you need reserved seating signs for a wedding ceremony? 🤍

Short answer… yes, if you want your ceremony to feel calm, organised, and stress-free.

Reserved seating signs for a wedding ceremony are usually used for:
• Parents of the couple
• Grandparents
• Close family
• VIP guests

Without them, guests often hesitate or sit in the wrong place—especially in the front rows. That can lead to awkward reshuffling just before the ceremony starts (and nobody wants that moment 😅).

Wedding ceremony reserved seating signs are a simple way to make sure everything runs smoothly and the right people are exactly where they should be.

It’s one of those small details that makes a big difference to the overall feel of your day.

Save this if you’re planning your ceremony 🤍

How will you ask your girls to be bridesmaids?

09/04/2026

What finishing details will you add to your wedding invitations?

Will it be handmade Mulberry paper flowers, a bronze key charm, a quote from your favourite song, or a sparkly hand tied ribbon?

Perhaps it will be all of them?!

That’s the beauty of choosing bespoke wedding stationary. Each embellishment is carefully chosen and placed. Every detail considered. We love creating extraordinary!

Honestly… this is one of my favourite parts of a wedding 🤍

Asking your girls to be by your side isn’t just a question… it’s a proper moment.
The kind they keep forever (and probably cry over a bit 🥲)

I make every card by hand, layering textures and details so it actually feels as special as what you’re asking.

If you’re planning your wedding and want something a bit more personal than the usual… this is exactly what I do ✨
