Stunning J2 Flooring Tollymore Straight Plank bringing natural oak tones and timeless style to the heart of this home! 😍

🔥🤎 WOW… WHAT A HERRINGBONE TRANSFORMATION! 🏡✨

One floor. One beautiful transformation. And a finish that makes all the difference! 😍

Just imagine walking through your front door to this! The stunning herringbone pattern, the warmth of the natural oak effect and that perfectly finished mitred border all come together to create a hallway with real character and style. 👌

We recently completed this beautiful installation using J2 Flooring’s Tollymore Herringbone from the Iconic Range, flowing through the hallway and WC for a stylish, coordinated finish.

💧 PROPER SUBFLOOR PREPARATION WAS KEY TO THIS PROJECT!

During our initial checks, the subfloor returned high moisture readings, so additional preparation was required before the new flooring could be installed.

To address this, we carried out a DPM sandwich system, consisting of:

✔️ Application of levelling compound
✔️ Installation of a damp-proof membrane (DPM)
✔️ A further layer of levelling compound to create a smooth, suitable surface ready for the new flooring.

Getting the preparation right is just as important as the finished floor itself. At AB FLOORING, we take the time to assess the subfloor and use the appropriate preparation system for the conditions, helping to achieve a professional, long-lasting result. 💪

The Tollymore plank was developed using hand-picked natural pieces of oak, transformed into print films to capture the unique shapes, details and authentic character of real timber.

Now our part is complete, and it's over to the customer to add their own finishing touches and make this space truly theirs. We can't wait to see the finished result! ❤️🏡

At AB FLOORING, we know flooring is more than just something you walk on — it's part of creating a home you love. We take pride in every installation, paying attention to the details that make all the difference.

✨ THE FINISHING TOUCHES:

✔️ J2 Flooring – Iconic Range
✔️ Tollymore Herringbone Design
✔️ Precision Mitred Border
✔️ Professional Moisture Testing
✔️ DPM Sandwich Subfloor Preparation
✔️ Expert Installation with Attention to Detail
