Private Hire yesterday evening for this lovely group of teachers who enjoyed a relaxed pottery painting session, nibbles & a catch up.

Our shelves are packed with new arrivals ready for the Summer Holidays but the next few weeks are always traditionally very quiet for us now that the Father's Day orders are finished.

We have loads of space tomorrow & would love to fill our tables with painters. Why not treat Dad or Grandad to some creative time this Fathers Day weekend. We have pottery which appeals to all members of the family from tots to Grandparents. You'll be spoilt for choice. The coffee is lush too 🎨☕

Another lovely evening yesterday hosting our introduction to Glass Fusing Workshop. Such a lovely bunch of ladies - thank you for coming to visit & bringing such creativity. Your designs are beautiful.

Our next session will be during the school holidays which means you can bring your older children & teens along with you. Enjoy some screen-free fun together on Wednesday 29th July.

End of Year Teacher Clocks & Signature Gifts.

Can you believe it's that time again! End of term is fast approaching and time is ticking to order your end of term gifts ⏰

Our signature clocks have been a firm favourite over the past few years for whole class gifts. A gorgeous & useful keepsake which captures the actual writing of each child in the class.

All you need to do is ask each child to write their name in pencil on the printed grid that we give you (we'll send the grid via email or you can pop and collect one.)

When you've collected all of the names (you could ask a teaching assistant to help you) pop them in to us or email back and we will carefully hand-trace & paint each child's name onto the clock in bright colours & add your message e.g. "Time spent in Miss Smiley's Class was the best time" 2025-26.

These are £49.50 and do take us quite a long time so we ask for all the names to be brought in at least 2 weeks before you need to collect the finished clock. If each parent chips in, you can organise this lovely gift for less than £2 each.

Looking for an alternative to the clock or something smaller to accommodate signatures from smaller groups of children? We can do exactly the same thing on vases, jugs, plates & anything that we have in stock at the studio, space allowing.

We will be pre-ordering clocks at the end of next week so orders need to be in by Friday 19th June to guarantee that we have one for you. You can order via the link in comments below and then we will be in touch with your signature grid & full info.

Father's Day Update....

Thank you for keeping us so busy over the past few weeks. For those of you waiting for your Father's Day gift collection text, the last items are cooling in the kiln & will be wrapped and text by this evening....

We have received lots of messages asking whether we are offering end of term teacher gifts this year. We will start advertising those just as soon as Fathers Day is completed.

This Saturday is looking very quiet 😢- we'd love to fill the studio with pottery painters. If you fancy doing something a little different with Dad or Grandad to celebrate Father's Day weekend, why not book a table for some family creative fun. We have tables available 10-3pm.

Evening Glass Fusing Workshop - Wednesday 17th June.

I have realised today that due to the busy-ness of Father's Day, I have completely forgotten to advertise our upcoming evening glass fusing workskhop. It's happening this coming Wednesday and we have 4 spaces to fill. I get asked all of the time for additional evening sessions for glass so it would be amazing to sell this one out.

Full details & booking is via our website. I'll pop a link below. Would love to see you there. Single bookings very welcome. We are a small friendly studio and nobody should feel nervous about trying one of our workshops on their own. Everyone will be sharing tables so you won't feel singled out.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of hosting a well-being session at Malpas Court Primary School.

Pottery painting received the highest votes from staff when given the list of activity options & the feedback from yesterday was brilliant with lots promising to come & visit us with their own children over the Summer.

A lovely relaxed after work activity where staff could chat, create & unwind together.

Thank you so much to the Deputy Head for organising & inviting me along. Looking forward to delivering your fired goodies when they are ready 🎨

Wow! What a week.... We've been quiet on socials but are in the thick of Fathers Day orders.

This week we spent Monday & Tuesday at Baby Sensory Cardiff West and Thursday & today at Baby Sensory Swansea West. Thank you all so so much for your orders. We have met so many beautiful babies & have loved our adventures.

At today's venue we were joined by this cheeky little robin who took a fancy to my granola 🥰

We are busy busy now behind the scenes getting the last of Half Term fired & finishing your Father's Day orders.

What happened to Summer?

The forecast for this weekend is rain. We have lots of empty tables on Saturday waiting to be filled & we'd love to see you. Last Saturday was full but for some reason, this Saturday is strangely quiet 👀

Pottery painting is perfect for all ages, grown ups, teens & littlies. If you struggle to find an activity to enjoy with your teenager, you are not alone. Give it a try. Screen-free creative fun & it's beginner friendly. We'll give you all the hints, tips & info that you need when you arrive.

Table sessions are for 2 hours. We serve delicious coffee, iced lattes & milkshakes to enjoy during your visit.
