Last award of the evening is a new award named the ‘Sara Hooper Shield’. Sara Hooper was recognised as the Captain of the 1927 ‘Quaker Ladies’ team.

We have named the shield in honour of Hooper and one ‘Quaker Woman’ will win the shield each year. It will go to a player that deserves recognition for consistent performances over the full season.

The first winner of this award goes to Emma Carter
