I recently created this mug for a very special ladyā€¦My Nan šŸ’

These are so delicate compared to my 11oz mugs and I just love working with them. And being Bone China they make a cracking brew too! ā˜•ļø

The design was inspired by a photo I recently took of my resident robin.

For those that know me will know that I am a massive coffee fan and I have collaborated with another small business to bring these to life.

I was fed up with splitting the bags every time I opened them and throwing the beans across the worktop when trying to pour them into my machine.

This simple but effective clip is designed to seal the bags tightly after opening, helping to keep the contents fresh.

The wide clamp is designed to fold neatly over the top of the bag and locks securely in place, preventing air from getting in and protecting the products from going stale. The spout makes it so easy to dispense and I can honestly say this product has been a game changer for me!

Itā€™s been a while since I last postedā€¦61 days in fact according to my stats šŸ˜³

This past couple of months Iā€™ve been kept super busy which is why Iā€™ve not given this page as much focus as it needs and I apologise for that.

Our pizza business turned 30 at the end of January and we decided that was worth celebrating so at the start of February we held a little event which was absolutely fantastic and part of that was me creating, crafting and promoting anniversary merchandise. Alongside the usual day to day activities, itā€™s taken me a while to regain focusā€¦.

BUTā€¦Iā€™m back!

Today Iā€™ve been busy making Motherā€™s Day Roses which are so pretty and sustainable as once gifted they can be planted outside for year after year colourā€¦much better than cut flowers which are past their best after a week!!!

Today Iā€™m officially back to crafting. Iā€™ve taken an extended break over Xmas and New Year to try and recharge the batteries. Although when you run your own business you donā€™t really get a day off as thereā€™s always something which needs your attention!

On todayā€™s task list was my accountsā€¦urgh! šŸ˜’Not a nice one but one that needs doing. Donā€™t get me wrong I spent many years of my life training to become a Chartered Accountant but thereā€™s something so boring about doing your own accounts šŸ§® ā€¦.anyway mid way through I hear a little ping from my phoneā€¦.yepā€¦.an order incoming so I close down the spreadsheet and switch on the heat pressā€¦I love a welcome distraction! šŸ„°

Thanks to Facebook messing me around this post is a little delayed but better late than never...

Our little resident robin stopped by today for his favourite meal. It was lovely to stop and watch him fill up on a nutritious meal to help him through this cold weather šŸ„¶

I find this a very simplistic yet powerful quote. Taking proactive action over observation.....rather than guessing what will happen in the future it is up to us to take decisive steps to build the future we desire.

Rather than bumble along and drift through life wondering what the future holds, go out there and make your future the one of your dreams! šŸ’Ŗ
