To all followers and friends of Made With Love by Kay, I would like to say a huge thank you for all your support over the last four years. It has been a huge and uplifting experience creating so many different things. I have really enjoyed exploring the art and the craft of glass fusing, and am really proud of the pieces I’ve made. With the wonderful generous support of all of you who have bought my work, together we have raised a total of £2500 for RETT UK.

I have decided to call it a day though, before the house is completely filled with glass! I have decided to donate all of my remaining stock to Hannah’s Hope HQ, which is based at Mercia Marina. This is a local charity run by a very inspiring young lady and her family, who have all faced enormous challenges. It is raising funds to establish a lodge at the marina that can be used as a respite facility for teenage cancer patients.

This is a truly worthwhile cause and I can think of no better way to use my remaining stock. Their shop has lots of lovely things on offer, so if you are local, do visit the Marina and take a look at their lovely shop.

So it has been very busy of late in the "Made with Love by Kay" studio over the last few months. I am getting ready for my first craft fayre of the year this Sunday 24th March.
