Bluebell are a bespoke gift service customers are encouraged to design the perfect gift for there loved ones and even there isn't an item already on the page feel free to let us know and we can hopefully accommodate
All Gifts are handmade and take time to make, as we want to ensure that it is finished at the highest standard so to avoid disappointment in time scales and celebration dates we ask t
hat all customers give us a minimum of 1 weeks notice, that being said we do sometimes have items already made and if the customer would like to take these as they are seen then that can be sent out immediately
Orders depending on size will take time to handcraft and timescales will be agreed with the customer at point of order. For all orders that exceed £15 for the bespoke gift or gifts we would advise that there is a deposit of £10 per order and any order exceeding £40 will require £20 deposit to secure the order. Any order below £15 we would like to be paid in full before we start any work on the order. Postage and Packaging will be at the cost of the customer unless is exceeds £50 then we will also include this as an offer. However the Postage and Packaging will vary from size and weight of order (and we will confirm on point of order confirmation)
If any order reaches the customer in a damaged state or a particular item is damaged then the customer has up to 30 days to return this to us and we will reimburse the cost of Post and Package for this item to be returned to us. We will also send the item back out with no cost to the customer. Competitions and Giveaways are fun and exciting for us and the customer and we would ensure that as soon as the winner has been picked that they have 72 hours in order to claim the prize and if not we will issue it to another close winner.
