From Melbourne Derbyshire to Australia… and back home again to say ‘I do’ 🤍🇬🇧🇦🇺

Originally from Melbourne, Emily wanted to return home to marry her beau, Patrick at our village church.

Afterwards, a short hop on a vintage red bus to beautiful Staunton Harold Hall, where they celebrated in quintessential British style with afternoon tea 🫖🫶🏻

Soft, floaty stems were used in bud vases and mini bowls along the table.

Beautiful big urns sat by the fireplaces, full of British blooms including Elonor Tivey beauties.

The scent filling the room was delicious 🤌🏻

Emily’s fave flower are Foxgloves and thankfully the season aligned and her wish was granted for a full foxglove bouquet 🤍

There’s something special about being trusted to just create 🌸
For Sarah and Tom’s beautiful wedding day, Sarah gave me complete creative rein over the flowers. Her only brief? Make it colourful.

Every stem was locally grown by Corner Field Flowers - Flower Farmer 🌱 Giving lots of texture, scent and colour.

The family all got ready together at home!

And off to West Bridgford registry office they went…

Then onto La Storia Nottingham for a relaxed celebration with their faves!

Where Sarah and her Mum had filled vases full of flowers for the tables, using a mixed bucket of blooms I’d delivered the day before.

Apart from the rose and the Scabious, all the other ingredients were locally grown.

Their wiggly stems and scent just hit different! A true reflection of the British season 😍
