We had the best time hosting our very first pumpkin workshop last night! So many beautiful pumpkins were created and lots of laughs were had along the way! 🧡🎃

Times are incredibly hard for independent high street businesses. We have significant overheads to cover, including shop rent, business rates, electricity, heating, staff, stock and all the other costs that come with running a bricks-and-mortar business.

We completely understand that everyone has choices when buying flowers, and we know there are talented florists working from home. However, when more and more customers choose home-based businesses over established high street florists, it puts enormous pressure on shops like ours.

Please remember that your local high street florist has a shop to keep open, bills to pay and a business to protect. We are here for our community, offering professional qualifications, decades of experience, personal service and the knowledge that comes from years of working with flowers.

We would hate to see more independent florists forced to close their doors because they simply cannot afford to keep going. Once a local florist closes, bringing that business back to the high street isn't easy. 💔
