Another part of the house renovation ticked off last week. This wardrobe sits just off the Dressing Room in the main bedroom, so we matched the same style and detailing throughout — detailed moulding, framed panels, and a layout of doors and drawers that keeps everything feeling cohesive. Love seeing the flow between the two rooms come together.

Over the past six weeks I’ve been crafting this elegant dressing room, now fully completed with bespoke hanging space, drawers, shelving and integrated lighting. It’s one of the largest dressing rooms I’ve built, full of angles and detailed mouldings that give it a really refined, timeless feel. Proud of this one.

Dressing Room Progress
The first stage of this bespoke dressing room is taking shape — a full-height wardrobe with clean panel detailing and a curved centre section soon to be upholstered. A cornice will complete the top next week, adding the final touch to this refined design.

The last few weeks have been spent crafting these bespoke solid oak cabinets — a pair of pieces I’m genuinely proud of.

The corner TV cabinet features antique brass fittings and has been finished to perfectly match the existing dresser beside it.

The oak chest of drawers was built in three sections, designed to lock together seamlessly so you’d never know it wasn’t made as one.

This bank holiday weekend has been a bit of a labour of love, as we transformed my youngest sons room.

Working closely together with him to get the design right.

It was a good family build with .midwinter painting the room before, and Rhys and I had 3 days fitting it.
