Some flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. In the unlikely event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal value and quality. Our service is backed by our full guarantee of satisfaction. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note certain products are seasonal availability only.
• We do not take any responsibility of the storage of your products once the items have left our premises, full instructions on flower care are given and verbally expressed before purchase and upon delivery or collection.
• Once Products have been delivered/collected to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for any loss or destruction.
**Some flowers may be harmful or poisonous. All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date. Products are delivered next day unless other delivery date or service is selected/discussed. We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address you gave us for delivery at the time you placed your order. We cannot guarantee when any item will be despatched and we are unable to specify a specific time for delivery. Some products may not available for same day delivery or other special delivery services. Further information regarding product availability and delivery options will be presented when placing your order. All orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit, unless otherwise agreed. All quotes given will last for 1month (subject to wholesale pricing). We reserve the right to refuse. Wedding and Event orders:
We'll try our best to accommodate the flower variety and colour of choice. Due to high demand of premium product during wedding season, and decreased level of supply, wedding and event flowers need to be ordered well in advance, in order to secure your preferred flower variety and colour. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of your wedding/event, we'll try our best to accommodate the change however we are unable to guarantee anything. It will be at our discretion to accommodate or not to accommodate depending on the availability of the requested change of date. An extra charge will be incurred by the customer for any change in product. The reason being the wastage of product that this change may cause, as the flowers are ordered in advance prior to the event. In the event, that we're unable to accommodate any requested changes in the date, or product made by the customer, we're not liable to refund any deposit placed by the customer. The decision to refund will be solely at the discretion of The Florist.
