🎃👻 On Saturday afternoon, I had the absolute joy of working with 7 fabulous young ladies who got creative making floating ghosts and whimsical witches! 🧙‍♀️✨

Using macramé techniques, along with painting, gluing, beads, wool and fiddly scissor work and they brought their spooky little creations to life with fabulous finishing touches such as the broom and potions jar! There was plenty of creativity, imagination and Halloween magic along the way! 🕸️🖤

A huge well done to all of you for your fantastic creations! 👻🎨

🧶🍂 Another successful beginner crochet class! 🍂🧶

Such a lovely way to spend an autumn evening with a brilliant bunch of ladies, learning a new skill, sharing lots of laughs and putting the world to rights! 🧡

We were also treated to a delicious homemade lemon drizzle cake made by the lovely Jackie Dickinson 🍋🍰 — the perfect accompaniment to an evening of crochet, cake and good company.

Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a wonderful evening. Looking forward to the next one! 🧶✨

🍂🎨 Pause & Paint – A Little Autumn Mindfulness 🍁

This morning we held our very first Pause & Paint mindfulness session, and what a lovely, calm, creative and enjoyable morning we had! 💛

Our inspiration was autumnal trees on a hill, exploring the beautiful colours of the season using watercolour paints and pens. 🍂🌳

There was no pressure to get things perfect or worry about technique. Instead, we focused on slowing down, relaxing, enjoying the process and letting our creativity flow. It was all about taking a little time for ourselves, being present in the moment and enjoying the simple pleasure of painting. 🖌️✨

A lovely, peaceful way to pause, unwind and embrace the colours of autumn.

🍁 Our next Pause & Paint session is Tuesday 27th October, 9.30–10.30am.
